With spring is arriving, the sunshine in Belgium is gradually increasing. Sitting in the yard, watching the young trees and grass sprout new buds, and the flowers gradually bloom, I brew a cup of peach oolong tea. The fresh peach aroma delicately blends with the lightly fermented oolong tea, leaving a sweet aftertaste.
This tea uses cellar-aged oolong, combined with organic peach slices. The moment you open the package, you are greeted with a strong peach aroma. The tea soup is fresh, sweet, and delicate.
Using 95 °C boiling water, the oolong tea fully unfurls, and the peach aroma emerges. Steep each infusion for 1.5 - 2 minutes. After 2 -3 times of infusions, the peach flavor in the tea soup becomes even more pronounced.
In the summer, it can also be made into cold brew tea, which is fragrant, sweet, and very refreshing.
